Our CEO, René-Pierre St-Laurent, brings decades of firsthand experience navigating the complexities of financial leadership across retail, finance, and engineering. He intimately understands the frustration of fragmented data, the challenge of securing real-time ROI insights, and the necessity of financial certainty during periods of significant operational change. His unusual training in both accounting and engineering provides him with a profound understanding of both the operational mechanics and financial implications of systems undergoing transformation. It was through this unique dual lens that René-Pierre consistently recognized the inherent limitations of traditional management accounting principles and arbitrary cost allocations, often finding they obscured, rather than revealed, true marginal impact insights. This growing conviction, born from his direct experience in process optimization, further highlighted the critical need for a fundamentally new solution that could model the intricate interplay of financial and operational data in complex, evolving systems.

Complementing this deep financial understanding is our CTO, Patrice Letailleur. A graduate of Supélec with unparalleled expertise in IT infrastructure, IT services architecture, and advanced modeling, Patrice's PhD in Applied Mathematics stands as a testament to his highly specialized modeling capabilities. His extensive experience in modeling complex systems—composed of processes, employee, and customer behavior—for major institutions like Banque Nationale, SAQ, and Desjardins, coupled with his work on pioneering projects like Videotron's Videoway, provided him with a visionary understanding of how to architect and build robust, predictive digital twins.
